‘Radio Gallery’ was a series of 12 commissioned radio programs, each treating one hour of radio as an exhibition space. The contributors, artists and curators most of whom had not worked with radio before and whose practices did not necessarily engage with sound, were invited to develop and expand their artistic or curatorial practices into the radio format. Without the constraints of conventional radio-making, their responses ranged from exhibitions focused on Electronic Voice Phenomenon, propaganda, and audio time capsules to meta-radio shows.
